Isabelle and Hannah formed PINCH in 2012 out of a shared love of black comedy and a mutual desire to push the boundaries of both their different artistic practices and thus their idea of what dance theatre could be.

With a strong emphasis placed on honesty and risk-taking; in dialogue with their audiences, they produce raw, personal work that reflects the challenges and often awkward contradictions inherent in all things human.

Moving into Physical Theatre work, following residencies with Song of the Goat Theatre Company, Hannah spent time training in Growtowski Ensemble work with Para Active and performed in their london run of ‘Hotel Medea’ .
